All our rooms are equipped with a modern private bathroom, including shower and toilet. You can also use the common area for free. This space includes a living and dining room, with a comfortable seating area with television (with all Dutch channels). The room also has a luxurious open kitchen with built-in appliances and extensive kitchen equipment. If you choose a stay without breakfast, you can prepare your own breakfast here.
The booking weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday, but it is also possible to agree on a different arrival day and/or departure day, depending on the occupancy of the rooms.
On the day of arrival you can use your reserved room after 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure you must vacate the room before 10:00 AM.
Smoking and open flames, such as candles, are not permitted in the rooms and apartment due to fire hazard.
You can use our FREE wireless WiFi service in all rooms, in the apartment and in the living room. It is often useful to use webmail to read your emails. Please note that some providers may not allow you to retrieve your email if you are not working via your own internet connection.
After consultation, it is also possible to take your dog with you on holiday. The price for the dog is € 2.00 per overnight stay. You can read our cancellation conditions under the contact form

Cancellation policy
Dear guest,
Thank you for your interest in our B&B. We hope you will have a pleasant stay in our cozy and comfortable rooms. To confirm your reservation, we ask you to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 14 days of your booking. You can transfer this amount to our account number that you will find in the confirmation email.
We understand that there may sometimes be unforeseen circumstances that may require you to change or cancel your travel plans. That is why we apply the following cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit. If you cancel between 14 days and 1 day before the check-in date, you will pay 50% of the costs, equal to the deposit. If you cancel on your check-in date or during your If you cancel your stay, you will pay the full amount of your booking.
